One Year Bible Reading Guide For Today:
Exodus 4, 5 & 6: Moses faith is challenged with God's commission to return to Egypt in order to deliver His people from their land of bondage. As a compromise God gives Aaron to speak for Moses in addressing Pharaoh. But Pharaohs wrath burns against God's chosen people with the request that they be allowed to have a break from their slavery in order to worship the living God in the wilderness. Pharaohs retaliation is no longer to provide straw for the making of bricks God's chosen people are manufacturing in the land of Egypt. With Pharaoh's heart hardened against the living God the Lord prepares to judge the leader of the Egyptians and his country. Moses continues to struggle in addressing Pharaoh and begins to equip Aaron in God's words to Pharaoh.
