Prayers For Today

When Feeling Sad

Lord Jesus I need You near to me today. I'm feeling sad. I need your Holy Spirit to comfort me. Lord Jesus I ask You for fresh hope, courage and strength. I also ask that You will watch over and protect me when I'm feeling vulnerable. I thank You for taking on my sorrows when You died for me on the cross Jesus. Help me to know and acknowledge my limits and trust You to provide for my needs. Thank you Lord Jesus for hearing my prayer. Amen
